Josh has extensive experience buying and selling businesses, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, and providing advice on business structures.Apart from his legal practice, Josh is an active entrepreneur who understands the challenges that business owners face and draws on his experience to provide practical business and legal advice.Before starting his own practice, Josh started his legal career at Cassels Brock and Blackwell. Josh obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
